I've use their service for over 10 year, starting in Lake Mary, Orlando and Oviedo locations. Always a pleasant and clean environment. The staff are very cheery and efficient. Scheduling and wait time are minimal. Doctors are what I expect of professional. Working with my optometrist they have advised and treated my particular medical situation with the utmost care. When my doctor retired a few years ago I was introduce a physician who meet all the qualities, I expected.
I have been going to Dr Feinstein, monthly, at the Oviedo location for over a year. I have never gone to an office where the entire staff and the doctor are like old friends. This is one of the friendliest offices I have ever had the privilege of dealing with.
I came to the Oviedo location to pick up medical records after verifying that the office was open today. I walked in shortly after noon and no one even acknowledged that I walked into the office. I was simply coming to pick up a copy of paperwork from the last time I was there. The technician told me that the front desk person was on lunch break and she could not help me. She did not even try. I saw several people walking into a lunchroom and rather than acknowledge my presence, they closed the door. Never have I experienced such rude staff and unprofessional behavior.
