John C. Olson, M.D.

A native of Chicago, IL, Dr. Olson received his M.D. from the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and was a retinal fellow at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He has extensive clinical and surgical experience, and has been a principal investigator in many national clinical research trials. Dr. Olson was also part of a medical mission to Peru on Project Orbis, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the College of Medicine, University of Central Florida.
