I just had my last appointment with this office today, I 1st met Dr Kumar in 2018 when a hurricane in NC had my husband and I evacuate back home to Florida and I needed an emergency lucentis injection. That one visit he was so caring he took his time explaining my eye issue and even went over the photos with me, so it only made sense when i moved back home to Orlando for the pass year I saw him for regular eye care. Still they didn't fail me. The staff has always been kind and gone above and beyond to help me. My visit from the minute I get in to leave are usually about 30 to 40 min long. Every visit Dr Kumar still took his time explaining any findings in photos I mean turning the screen to me and showing me the photos made me feel like we were working as a team on my issues, and ALWAYS answered my questions even if it was "any new treatment's in the diabetic retinopathy world?", he was always honest when I asked serious questions about my eyes. It was great team work. He even recommended a new doctor for me when I move to California. I hope my next retinal doctor is just as amazing with an amazing staff also. Thank you all for the amazing care you gave me the pass year. When I come back in 5 years hope Dr. Kumar will be there..... Hopefully there will be a cure so I won't have to come back..... But if anything I'll be back in 5 years.
Due to my cataract removal complications I have seen several eyecare specialists, but after my first visit to Central Florida Retina on Oak Water Circle in Orlando, I have been impressed with the special treatment I have received. The office personal are very courteous and friendly. Front desk Ms. Crystal is very friendly and kind. My doctor Feinstein and his staff are excellent! I highly recommend this clinic!
Called and talked to Carol about my eye she took me in 45 minutes saw Dr Olson about my emergency eye problem Within 2 hours I had a torn retina and Laser done. This practice is outstanding and Carol calmed me. Dr Olsen is very professional and calming and understanding. Outstanding practice would recommend to everyone. Had follow up a week later in Oviedo. Dr. Kumar has been my Retina Specialist Physician for a year and a half now. Eye injections are not something I look forward to but I have always felt safe in his care. A true professional each and every visit. He is the best !
